Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Remnant Printing. We want you to love your purchase, and we strive to provide excellent service and high-quality products. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. All Sales Are Final

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items that do not fit as expected

  • Preference-based issues

Please check your size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
support@remnantprinting.com

Include the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will process a replacement as quickly as possible.


3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  1. Verify your shipping address

  2. Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or leasing office

  3. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly

If the carrier is unable to locate the package, email us at support@remnantprinting.com and we will assist you.


4. Address Errors

Remnant Printing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have entered processing, as each item is made-to-order.


6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item is defective

  • We sent the wrong item

  • The order never arrived due to an error on our part

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Size issues

  • Color variations due to screen settings

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect addresses

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
